As professional service providers, we know how important your time is and we strive to give you our undivided and valuable attention. We ask that in order to give you the best spa experience, you please give a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that emergencies do happen. If possible, we ask that you notify us as soon as you can. Our salon and spa team members rely on your business. No shows result in loss of wages and the opportunity for other guests to be served. We do make courtesy calls 24 - 48 hour prior to assist you in meeting your reservation with us and if necessary, you may reschedule at this time. As a courtesy to all clients, reminder calls are placed 24 - 48 hours in advance. After attempts to contact clients on the scheduled day to make sure all is well and after a no show, any future appointments are placed on hold until communication has been made. If no communication is made within 72 hours, all appointments will be removed from the book. This policy also applies with 3 or more missed appointments Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
